Cleaning Materials, Equipment and Supplies

The supply of cleaning materials and equipment varies from contract to contract. This is discussed with customers before a contract commences so that we can comply to each and every different customer.

Consumable supplies such as toilet rolls, soaps, and bin liners can be provided and the price for these is subject to negotiation prior to the contract commencing.

Supervision and Monitoring

Green Clean Solutions employs supervisors and team leaders to ensure that the quality of service is maintained and to look after our employees needs. Our customers have regular contact with the company’s supervisors. We try to identify any potential problem areas before they become problems.

Commitment to Quality

Green Clean Solutions is completely committed to providing a high quality of cleaning service. We try to stop any problems before they arise however, if a customer has a cause for complaint, then we ensure that this is dealt with promptly and any remedial action taken before any real problems arise. We try to provide as much continuity as possible with staff being assigned to their own contracts on a long term basis. To cover for holidays and sickness absence, we try to ensure that our customers become familiar with other cleaners who work in their geographic area.

Health and Safety

Green Clean Solutions maintains a strict health and safety policy to ensure the well being of all our staff and customers. The safe use of chemicals and machines is instilled into our staff in accordance with Environmental Health COSHH procedures and requirements.

Invoicing

For regular contracts, invoices are raised on a fortnightly basis. Invoices are raised after the work is completed.

Unless otherwise negotiated, all invoices are due paid upon receipt of the invoice. For larger contracts we will allow a 30 day credit period.

VAT

Green Clean Solutions is a VAT registered company, and all rates incur a VAT charge at the standard rate of 17.5%.

Insurance

Green Clean Solutions is fully covered by Public and Employers Liability Insurance.
